Yes walks are great. I went for a walk today because it was nice and cool. I hate going in the hot hot sun, but you probably know why.

Apples are good too though they make my tummy go bloop bloop bloop.

Okay. I can do this. I will just eat lots of apples and spend my time drawing with ashes. I can go for walks, too. That passes the time.

Whenever I felt like a cigarutt and there was nothing to help, I would chew my knuckles. Though a lot of the time this didn’t work very well. Hm. You will just have to try and put your mind hard at it, I guess. :-\

So far, so good. But what am I supposed to do when you're not around and I get a horrible craving? What do I do?

That's what I was trying to figure out! I don't know. I was looking at the other people to see what they were doing, and tried leaning in more, which I THINK helped a little bit. I probably just need to get used to it. Alternatively, I could gain 30 pounds.
