No, it was already installed before. And I can't even SEE the files.

Okay so the files are on a cd, which I put into my computer, and nothing popped up, or opened, or anything. I opened up the adobe thing and tried to open it there, and still nothing. Just kinda...stalled for a minute or so. I dunno.

Have you just installed Acrobat? Did you reset?
Do the files have the reader icon? Have you tried opening Reader and opting to open the file?

Yeah, I did that! or I tried to, anyways. They're just...not opening up for some reason.

They are document files. You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read them.

You don't know anything about like...PDF files, do you?

Maybe if someone is like allergic to silk or something.

My parents got it from a trip to Hong Kong. I guess that made it Hong Kongese. They gave it to me along with a silk gown. Now I only have the silk gown unfortunately the sombrero has left this plain.
