Is knob a lot? I've never heard it used that way before. ^o) And recipes always need so much butter. Everything needs tons of butter. Crappy.

1 cup of couscous
sprinkle of salt (it actually does say sprinkle)
1 knob of butter

And it's totally worth having to put up with my about it :D Yummy. I had some for lunch!
