But I hate it! It just makes me angrier.

That’s just normal!

It makes my stomach all stupid. With different emotions depending on what I am wishing for. Like yesterday. I tried to stop myself from wishing I was back home (sweden home) because it was so smurfing cold. Oh my god. We went on this boat ride thing yesterday, through canals and into a harbor and man I haven't been so cold in like 2 weeks.

There’s nothing wrong with wishing for something, as long as you don’t expect wishing alone to get you what you want.

Because it doesn't do anything. Like you said, it gets you nowhere, and it's a waste of time, and I don't want to focus on stuff that I can't have, or can't have right now, or whatever. Or...I would be okay with wishing, I guess, if I could just stop and say "but there's nothing I can do about it right now" and be satisfied with the present.
