I have to wear those glasses with the arms that block out light. I don't have to but they definitely help.

To answer your question: Probably brighter outside. Unless it's night time my house is usually darker then.

Is it darker inside or outside your house? If it's lighter outside I would wear sunglasses too. It seems like my eyes are so sensitive.
