It always lets you (or I'm just speaking for myself) how stupid getting so mad is, and then I can laugh. At least I can laugh.

I understand! I found that trying to calm down only caused the rage to store, and that getting out of the house for a walk around the block or something was always the best way to go. But I guess that’s kinda obvious.

I'll try and keep calm, and for a little bit it works, but then something happens and it just...yeah. :( I guess I do a lot of yelling around them, so I make it worse. But usually I yell cause I'm mad at them for yelling!
