I hate that voice. I hate it because it's mean, and it doesn't always tell me the truth. Sometimes it does, and it helps me, but most of the time it doesn't. It's malicious and out to get me. In my case, anyways.

That voice that is always in italics, in books? And then the characters say NO NO impossible and forget about it and it results in tragedy

I have been trying to achieve that since a very young age. And, funnily enough, as soon as I seem to do it I think: I’ve done it! Except I haven’t really done it—I’ve been thinking the whole time. Thinking about thinking. Thinking about not thinking. And then there is that one... not deep, so to speak, but quiet yet the most influential thought of them all—and it never stops. It can be controlled in some ways, in the same sense one can control water, but it never can be completely commanded. It can also be very condescending at times.

That’s sensible enough. Enough for what, though... that is the question. Not that it is, since it’s lacking a question mark, but

I'm going to try and do SOMETHING, afterwards. I'm not going to just sit there and not try to do anything. Maybe I came off earlier like I didn't really care, but...I just have to be careful not to get too upset, or else I won't enjoy things as much while I'm here.
