It’s also filled with boring, technical parts that are laced with jargon. It really is a book that seems like it would be more exciting than it actually is.

It did always seem like the kind of book that would be really tedious. Still does. Too long. I've read longer things, but...you know.

I used to cut out chunks of books when I was kid, if I found them too boring. For example, when I was reading Jurassic Park, I was finding a few chapters boring, so every now and again I would look around (to check if anyone was looking, oddly enough) and skip ahead a few pages. I guess that’s a bad example, since Jurassic Park is a boring novel for a kid. Or a kid like me, anyway.

I don't know. :( It was a curiousity thing. And at the time when I did that a lot, my memory was bad enough to where by the time I got to the end, I didn't remember what the last line was anyway, so I didn't think it was a big deal.

That’s actually really weird. I would sometimes take a peek at the last page, but never anything so... organized.

I used to read the last line of a book before I started actually reading it. I don't know why the smurf I did that.
