How do dwarfs come to...exist?

No. Because she didn’t kill Snow White. She merely put her to sleep. Plus, it all somehow leads to the witch’s death. At the hands of a man (a prince, a lover), sure, but that’s Disney’s fault. If I had it my way, it would have been the dwarfs who killed the witch in vengeance only after the witch had murdered their babysitter/housekeeper/whatever.
Dwarfs are not people, and do not reproduce; therefore, dwarfs do not have genders.
