There was one at my school and she had a.... rubber toy. And she would beat people with it. It was gross.

I'd say more creepy and less weird. They're not really creepy...but there's this jap girl at my school who really is. She touches her hair in this really weird way I can't explain it but it gives me the shivers. She's so not right in the head.

They are pretty much just like Japanese people, except more weird and less creepy. Or more creepy and less weird. One or the other.
