Yeah, I do that when it’s really bad. I’m so weird when I’m that tired and worried. It’s quite embarrassing! I’m lucky not many people have ever seen me that way.

Yeah. I hate it so much. :-\ Sometimes it can come to me when I’m drifting off to sleep, too. That sucks, because I snap back awake just to worry about bull.
