Sex Pistols

Who here likes the Sex Pistols? They're one of my favorite bands. My favorite song is God Save The Queen right now.

I like some of their songs, but other than that, the Sex Pistols terrify me. My mother loves them, though.

I love their version of "My Way" by Frank Sinatra.

I despise the Sex Pistols. They are wrongly credited with inventing punk when all they did was exploit the punk scene and commercialise it. For me they are sell outs, for proper punk try some Crass, Chaos UK or Chaotic Dischord etc.

Aside from being refreshingly controversial, the Sex Pistols didn't have very much going for them. I certainly never understood what the big deal was, anyway.

Sid Vicious did vocals on that one. I love the video for it, too. Sid for prez.

Personally, I love them. I thought they made some great stuff, though they aren't my favourite punk band.

I like the song "Bodies". Other than that I havent listened to much else of them.
