Ok so I finally got to where it is and i got the damn sage's ring...is there anything to increase or decrease my chanced of getting the excalibur? And is the whale whisker a "random" treasure? Also how to i get the diamond to re-appear?

Ok i got it! Where is the whale whisker? and is the danjuro stronger than the excalibur, where do i get that?
