I'm doing the quest for the Barheim Key and I got the shells for Dantro's wife. Now I have to go to the other village to ask Dantro for the nebralim! But he's gone! Where did he go? Is it too late to do this or something? I'm also at the point where I'm able to enter the Bahamut, for the final battles.
Just walk around and talk to everyone, someone will give you the nebralim.
they're scattered around on the ground so you won't need to speak to dantro this time.
Also, I mixed up the North Bank Village for that other outpost way down south! Dantro's actually down south! I can't believe I actually did that!
