It isn't out in England yet, no. It was released in the US in October.
I was under the impression that it comes out this month, or maybe March.
Doesnt affect me much, I already own the game.
Ome told me it's February 22 in Australia, so February 23 is probably accurate.
But Square is making a big promotion, including a cosplay competition on UK so you may have seen the ads already
