I think this is a decent idea for a plot, except for having every law enforcement agency in existence hunting him down. That's pushing it, but I will be seeing this movie.

I want to see a monstrous boat zombie. If there is no gargantuan, zombified boat in it, it's not worth watching.

I don't think anyone who was on the Titanic would want to be on a boat again in their entire lives, let alone during war time and after Germany invented something pretty much the same as an boatseeking exploding iceberg.
