Who's Major Numerus?
I'd go for Samurai, Gun Mage and Dark Knight, with accessories and grids that boost stats such as strength and HP.

they become pretty uberific at level 99.

That setup worked for me when I did the Via Infinito with no Mascot, but it sounds like the via was a doddle compared to this thing :p
