Where do I get it? You can DL a trial from the official site of which I forgot the link of :S...
What cool features does it have? It is mediocre to RPG Maker XP in almost every way except for its already scripted in side-view system.
Is it free? 30 day trial. costs a one time fee. not sure of the price though :(
Is it easy?
RPG Maker XP is only better if you know how to use scripts. If you have absolutely no idea how to program with Ruby (ie most people), 2003 has far more features. The only real advantage to XP over Ruby without scripts is the fact that it has more character sprites and better graphics.
There's the fact you can get XP in english legally, but can't with 2003.
