Do you recommend Marvel Ultimate Alliance for the Wii?

I rented it the other day.

No, I do not recommend it.

It's mediocre at best, and I think you need to be a big Marvel fan to enjoy it. You'll probably never bother to move the Wiimote to attack and just stick with the A button. Also, maybe I read the previews wrong, but I was expecting a lot more playable characters.

I will say that I do like the inclusion of more obscure characters, like Dr. Strange and Moon Knight.

it's fun with friends running around beating people up. It's basically identical to the X Men Legend games, so if you like those, then sure.

It's too bad that I don't own an original Xbox anymore because then I'd buy Marvel Ultimate Alliance in a heartbeat.
