So what's your favorite ungulate?

The gnu, pictured above, also known as the wildebeest, is the mascot of the GNU project, so it has that going for it. There's also the llama, which sounds like a spiritual leader. Or perhaps you prefer the camel, which shares a name with a smooth, refreshing, youth-targeted carcinogen.
Personally, I prefer the serene, majestic dignity of the domestic cow.

Cows for eating, sheep for courting.
The domestic horse or llama.
