I think it is extremely interesting. and that everyone should give it a try if they want a more traditional approach to this game's gameplay style.

don't bother following the challenge rules if you don't want to.
but definetly use some of the interesting class setups [Its interesting keeping within the limits of the class equips and stuff~] ^-^
I came across this before and thought it would be kind of cool to try. Maybe on future playthroughs.
Erm... Hmm... Sounds complicated, if you slip up and learn something by accident you're screwed. Might do this in the distant future maybe...
I'm on my first play through and am following the equipment limitations. I'm not staying away from certain abilities with characters, but their gambits are restricted to certain things. It's working well so far, especially now that more weapon options have presented themselves.
I started new (wasnt to far to begin with) when I got another new copy of FFXII (lost it while out and about).

Vaan is my Knight.
Penelo is my whitemage (so I don't have a magical healer till I get to the sandsea)
and I have just gotten Balthier and Fran.
Fran will be my Dark Knight
And Balthier will be my Dragoon~~~
its pretty fun within the limits at the moment n-n
