You get it in a special, shiny, limited edition package when you revive Aeris.
Reviving Aeris is only part 1 of the stage, next you have to beat sephiroth without attacking or using magic and if done correctly, he gives you a sensual massage but thats mainly aimed towards all the fanboys, see what I did there? Not mentioning girls = Sephiroth like boys. Lawl.
