So, I'm doing the chocobo sidequest and I'm almost done. But, I can't find the chocobo sanctuary. I'm at grandisi forest, but i don't know where to go from there. Anyone mind telling me where it is?

So, I'm doing the chocobo sidequest and I'm almost done. But, I can't find the chocobo sanctuary. I'm at grandisi forest, but i don't know where to go from there. Anyone mind telling me where it is?

Make sure you can ride chocobos at ALL six forests. Then ride one from the forest near Trabia Garden south and make your way to the east shores. You can actually ride it across water by using the shallower parts (brighter shades of blue). Do so untill you reach the forest and try to find a way through. Use you Ragnarok to plan the route out if you want to
well im still on disk 2, so no ragnarok :( but...well i've already found the sanctuary so thx newayz...
