On my first play through the game, I received a shield with Evade and Counter on it from one of the bosses. Has anyone else found odd equipment like that, and does anyone know which bosses drop them?

Yes, I have.
Yes, but they seem to be completely random. It's like finding a Scepter on DII with + to Holy Shield; a glitch.
Geosgaeno drops weapons with No Encounters.
That's the only odd thing I can think of.
And there's a Magic Counter on a piece of Armor in RTA in the Calm Lands.
I got break hp limit from the people in Omega Ruins.
