Why not rip them yourself? It's bad manners to use downloaded footage to make AMVs.
That being said, I haven't looked into how to rip the fmvs from ff12, but I would hazard a guess that it's remarkably similar the process used for ffx-2.

If you know how to rip them from Youtube, there's ton of them FFXII movies there.
