If you go the rest of your life only smelling two things*, what would they be?
I think I would pick strawberries (they smell great) and that smell that comes before a rain.
*Two things because when you only smell one thing eventually you don't smell it anymore. Funny how that works.
My killer allergies and congestion have left me going through life hardly able to smell anything at all, ever.
If I had a clear nasal passage, it would be a crying shame to suddenly only be able to use it with a limit, since the ability for me to smell would be such a miracle.
Alas, how often it is that miracles are overshadowed by a sudden anti-climax.
Were I to suffer such a catastrophic stroke of irony as this, I believe that I would like to smell fresh, cool, cleaned sheets and freshly mowed grass.
No matter what those two things were, I would like to be able to smell neither now and then.
