i heard you can only get it on disc 1 from the girl with the pigtail at the libary, when and where does she give it to you though?

yes, you can get the mag from the pigtail girl, but only on disk three, and only after doing a sidequest.
Here's what I found at gamefaqs

another question, for some reason i cant find the first timber maniacs, i know its by the train signal but i cant pick it up anywhere, i got the one from the balamb hotel first, does this make the first one unavaliable
What is the train signal?
where you get on the train to timber theres a signal traffic light like pole, the timber maniacs is normally there but now its not:(Quote:
