Thompson's main fight is with Take-Two, but also mention in his suit are other completely random organizations that are allegedly part of a conspiracy, such as GameSpot and even Penny Arcade.

I read both of those earlier today. It's really pretty funny. :p Penny Arcade's new strip is great, as usual, but I think the best line came from Thompson himself: When asked by GameSpot about these incongruities and others, Thompson replied "I'm sorry you can't figure these things out."
