Try to return it, if not, sell it on eBay if you can't read Jap.

It's going to be released may 22nd in NA. I'd say that if you are really eager to play the next instalment of the series, find a fan translation of the script online, and use it to work your way through the story.
I don't understand how you could expect it to be in English if it had never been released in an English-speaking region.
