triple pain

the last three years I had tough health problems.
I hurt my back twice and my nick once.
I mean I became a regular patient for medication.
some of you might say " Are you a stunt man??"
I hurt my back three years ago while I'm trying to jump - at that time I felt a cold at my right hand.
after a year I hurt my nice while I'm dancing :confused:

a month ago I hurt my back again but this time at the lower part.

Now I feel fine with the exercises that the doctor recommended me to do.

Have you guys suffered from continues pain at all??
