Rollercoaster Tycoon
I really love these games. They're very relaxing to play, incredibly deep, highly customisable, and you get to run your very own theme park. While RCT3 does give you the ability to ride your own rollercoasters (which is so awesome it goes beyond words), I generally prefer RCT1/2's simple interface and fixed isometric view.
So profess your love people.

I loved riding my own rollercoaster:)

I only played RCT1, but I really loved it. Building a dream park was great fun, but not quite as much fun as building unfinished rollercoasters that killed your customers in weird and wonderful ways. ;)
-
I only have RCT2... I love it except I can never get enough people to get into my theme park! Also... I cant figure out how to have a ticket price to enter the theme park, instead of paying to go onto each ride (I think that is so crule!)
If I look over my own stupidity then those games rock! I love them to pieces :)

I have Rollercoaster Tycoon 1 and 2. I got them free in boxes of cereal. Totally worth the price of the Rice Crispies.

I used to really enjoy Rollercoaster Tycoon 1 and 2, but I tried again recently and just couldn't get into it.
I still like drowning my Guests over giant bridges or killing them on rollercoasters though. 88 MPH Launch Speed + 10 feet of track = :D

I had fun with the first one when it came out, but haven't played them since.

Played the first one for quite a bit myself.:)
