Park Place is not a station nor a utility. Furthermore, Boardwalk is better than Park Place.

see I prefer to just put as many houses or hotels on as many of the sections as possible.....that way people are forever paying me
I've only played Monopoly once. Took four hours before the other guy knocked the board over.
