Panacea

I'm on disc 4, and I want to teach Panacea to Eiko. Is there any way to get an Air Racket? If not, is there any way to teach this ability?

Of course you've should've been gotten an Air Racket for Garnet a long time ago, and I don't think Eiko can learn it anyway's not really that useful anyway just cures Poison and Venom woul;d've made more since if it cured almost everything because a Panacea is known as a remedy for almost every ailment.

You're awfully lucky. Air Rackets quit being sold very early on, but you can find one in Ipsen's Castle (in the elevator room that is accessible after defeating Taharka)...only one available for you, so hopefully you didn't use it to make a Priest's Racket or something.
