Sharing a piece of artwork...

I just made it, but I have to change it soon cause I cleaned it and such. I know the feet are wrong, but I am looking for solutions as well as constructive critic to help me define and make this image better.
I am looking for a scream, a faceless lonely person... But she needs a face, I just want the emotion.

Care to give me a few of your ideas to work this out?
And what should I use to color it:
I'm new to Copics, but I could use that.
And Colored Computer Graphics which I use often.
