I've been playing this game for about ten hours now, and Yuna is suddenly acting really weird around Tidus.
She wants him to "be with her", and whenever someone wants an explanation she just goes "um...", and whenever she and Tidus are chatting, she acts in a shy and strange way.
So, is she falling in love with Tidus? :D
Maybe you should just keep playing and find out for yourself.

You can toy with the affections of the three female characters in the party, similar to the affection ratings in FFVII, but it has no real impact on the storyline.
