I'm stuck. I finished the tower and returned to Baron. Cid's assistant's put on the hooks but I can't find the hovercraft so I can move on. Any one know where it is?

It's probably in front of Mt. Hobs or somewhere in that area.
Yeah. If it isn't anywhere near Mt. Hobbes than I have no idea where it is.
Yeah, it's probably somewhere near Mt. Hobs. If you can't find Mt. Hobs, fly your airship to the north of Baron until you find the Castle Damcyan in the desert. Then fly to the east. Mt. Hobs is just between Damcyan and Fabul.
