Holy spell

What are the requirements for getting the holy spell? Right now I'm level 22 and I really want to beat that demon wall.

I'm afraid the Holy spell doesn't become available until much later in the game. Best way to beat the demon wall is quickenings.

You might be able to get a hold of a Holy Mote before the spell becomes available.

I've tried it with quickenings but just can't do it. Oh well.

Get MORE quickenings. Everyone had two quickenings when I fought it. Try to trigger Torrent. I believe it's 2 level ones and 3 level twos (or vise-versa. I can't remember xD) Are you fighting the first demon wall or the second? Because the first demon wall is optional and has about 12,000 more h.p.

I'm talking about the first demon wall (the optional one). I did just run away from it but was able to beat the 2nd demon wall easily enough. And you'll have to tell me more about quickenings... I don't know a whole lot about them.

Leave Raithwalls Tomb & go level up to level 28 or so & get more quickenings. Don't bother fighting the 1st demon wall he is optional. If the quickening strategy isn't working try just attacking it alot first & cure when needed then when he is 1/2 health quickening his stony a$$. Its best to get into the attacking strategy very quickly I learned the hard way against one of the hunts quickenings should never be your first plan of attack but they are great for finishing a fight.

Your probably wondering why did I suggest eh quickening strategy then? Up until the end of Raithwalls tomb it was my boss fight strategy (SPOILER)& if I remember it even worked on Judge Ghis

You could do a quickening then switch teams and do a second quickening to end it. Or just switch one character. Even if other characters' mist charges are used up you can still chain them once you activate a quickening with someone who has mist charges.

Holy works well, even though you don't have holy as a spell, you can get it as a mote. Do the sunstone side quest in Giza plains, and the good thing is, its repeatable, stock up on motes and set a gambit for it.

By the time you finally get the actual Holy, your characters' regular Attack will be doing just as much or more than it. Considering it needs to charge up and then lag some before finally getting off, it's really just pretty but not useful at all.

Find some holy motes and do a couple of quickenings. I would also recommend getting all of your characters all lvl 3 quickenings. All of my characters learned theres at about the time before you enter the Nam-Yensa Sandsea.

the best thing to do is run away from the first one and beat up the other one! after that train for a bit and continue untill stronger then go back!
you will get a gate crystle there if you go back!
