Watch the FMV of Vayne transforming into the Undying the shot at the end of that FMV looks undoubtedly like Bahamut but I have a feeling its intentional.
Well its completely logical that he does. He gathers the material to make himself from the Bahamut airship, he is sorta "becoming" bahamut.
Bahamut was the first thing that came into my mind when I saw The Undying... The wings could tell him off... :D
