How old do you think Revan is in the original KOTOR? I don't think Revan is the same age as Carth Onasi but he or she is definitely older than Mission Vao and Bastila Shan. So I think Revan is either 27 or 28 and Bastila is probaby 21 or 22.

depends on which face you choose if you ask me.
Carth is 38, Mission is about 15 or 16, and Bastila is about 23 or so, so I say Revan is 25-28-ish.
Revan? I named him Ching Chow Wan.
