There should be a 5 minutes requirment of fluffy puff for every user when they come to eoff, every day.

I would make Eyes on Each Other the only forum a person could go to as punishment rather then kick them out of Eyes on Each Other as punishment.

I would introduce (long awaited, in my opinion) random bannings.
I'd play with the censors to add the word "bandwagon" in there.
