If you're using IE, go to Tools > Internet options > Security, and slide the bar to medium.
If you're using Firefox, go to Tools > Options > Content (or Edit > Preferences > Content) and check the "Enable JavaScript" box.
Then you need to download and compile the Mozilla ActiveX module and add it into your mozconfig as per this. Probably a bit easier to just ust IE. :p
