I was once thinking about an AutoBattle-Only game, but it seems impossible. Like the duel with Wiegraf and Zodiac Boss battles...
And Deep Dungeon is really impossible through AutoBattle since the AI won't look for the exits...
So I think this thing would be impossible...
It wouldn't be impossible, just really difficult. Try auto-battle with everybody except Ramza.

I'm sure it's possible. But it just wouldn't be any fun. That would suck. It would be such a boring game.
I've done some of the auto-battle only challenge. Yes, it is difficult, and yes, it is quite boring. You still have to watch the battles in case you need to change battle modes for your characters. You would not be going through DD on auto-battle; that would not be part of the challenge.
The Wiegraf fight isn't too bad though; do "Flee" and Ramza will Yell and Accumulate a lot, have Auto-Potion for Hi-Potion, and then switch to "Attack" and that should be that.
