I don't have a strategy, but i might get some members to leave a clan to make it a ranger type clan + mage.

No mou-sage;white mage
vera- summoner; redmage- with double cast
bangga-templar; dragoon
human- ninja;thief- with double sword
is my team good?? For me this is the best because i have defeated the final boss in 1 turn... ( double sword + an ultima shot)
Marche - Fighter + Soldier skills
Human - Ninja (Duel Wield rocks, and the speed of the ninja rocks even more!) + Soldier Skills
Viera - Summoner + White Magic
Viera - Assassin + Fencer skills
Viera - Elementalist + White Magic
Viera - Sniper + Archer skills
