Who was the first band you go into in your "younger years" or even now?

For me the first band I ever obsessed over was Green Day, back in the days of the cassette tape. Then I went on a Bush and Nirvana binge for a while.

Also, what was the first website you remember going to when you first discovered the web (valid links no pron)?

Lycos was my google

First musical stuff? The Spice Girls Babylon Zoo.

First Website? Vvardenfell.com, which was a fansite for TES III: Morrowind, then Final Fantasy Republic.

First band would have to be Dream Theater. Strange for a little kid xD. I can't even remember the first website I visited. I think it might have been NintendoLand or something like that.

one of my first sites was actually Furcadia.. totally random. It got me started on online chatting and roleplay when I was about eleven.

Guns n' Roses, still one of my favorite bands. And I guess the first metal band I started listening to was... Metallica. Old stuff, not any of the new :skull::skull::skull::skull:. And as for black metal, Mayhem. If it weren't for Emperor and Burzum being my next choices I probably wouldn't have given it any more thought.

First album I bought was The Human League. Very inspirational to me. :p

The first bands I truly got into were Pulp, Blur, and Oasis; verging on obsession... :rolleyes2

I think the first web page I looked at was some crappy French thing for revision at school, way before I went to college. :mad:

Probably Alice Cooper or Iron Maiden (That i'll admit to anyway!)

Website: I have absolutely no idea, i remember winding up some americans online some time around 1994

My first ISP was actually Compuserve. Very short lived followed by Prodigy. I loved Prodigy to death, especially their bulletin boards and such. Lots of RPG'ing going on there.

I remember as well always needing to buy new casettes like every couple months because I'd warn the old ones out.

My first music was Blink 182. :D

And website was Neopets, I think. xD
