I am trying to remember back to this game since I haven't played it in quite a while and I need the answer quickly. um I know Garnet's pendant played a part in the story but actually what, was it a summon gem, something else or just a representation of the Alexandrian heritage?
The necklace contains one of the four pieces of the summon gem of Alexander.
Eiko had another.
Yep, they both use it to summon Alexander in the battle against Kuja's Bahamut summon.
One piece each belonged to Madain Sari (Eiko), Alexandria (Garnet), Lindblum and Cleyra, I think.
Eiko's pendant- Memory Earring
Garnet's pendant- Silver pendant
(other two)
Desert Star- Cleyra
Falcon Claw- Lindblum
All of these together Summons Alexandria's Guardian Eidolon, Alexander.
