It's from the episode She of Little Faith. I'll admit I looked it up yesterday, but I knew it was from when Homer, Milhouse and Bart are making a model rocket; Milhouse says something about science being cool, Homer says "Science?!" and Bart says "he didn't say Science. He said... pie pants."
