RAS Syndrome is Redundent Acronym Syndrome Syndrome. I'm pretty sure most everybody has gone and put in their PIN Number. The title is misleading, you don't have to talk about your favorite moment. Just talk about anytime you've slipped up.

Well I think that most internet acronyms in general are redundant. I use them for the ease of typing, but most people new to the Net don't understand them and pester people about them. Besides, it once again doesn't encourage good grammar, which is rare on forums other than this one.
So yes, I'm guilty of using those. I'm not one to really enjoy using pointless acronyms in more serious writing though. I've heard of people who are addicted to it, and I really don't understand why.
