What's your favorite kitchen utensil to cook with? I like using a pot, I just love making stuff on the stove! But I know some people who like to bake more and others who are lazy and just use the microwave! What about you?

Cast iron griddle. I don't get to use it nearly as much as I'd like to.
For everyday use, nonstick skillet.
