Oh man, it's been forever for me. I only owned DDRMAX and haven't played it since before the chicken became the egg. There was one called Dark Black Forest I liked, mostly because the words "dark black" together tickled me greatly, so I'll say that one.

Mine would have to be the Twinbee music from the PS2 Version. It brings back so many memories.
My favorite ever is Healing Vision Angelic Mix. Even on Lite it's a blast to play.
Ooh, I've only played DDR Extreme 2, and I never did unlock all of the songs, but of the ones I've played:
the PARANOiA songs, Sync, Twin Bee, Afternova...something..., Love is Orange...or was it Orange is Love???, 1998, Dynamite Rave, and some other songs whose names I forget ; ;

You should listen to the meggido (sp?) mix version of it, it's reaaallll pretty.
Hehe my favourite is Cowgirl :3 Cheesy but I love playing that song and singing to it as well ^_^;;

Drop The Bomb, Tsugaru and Crash, though I rarely ever play them above medium difficulty as I still kind of suck; it's not like I get much practice.
