What pet should the pg get, if any?

I said in EoEo a while ago that Bunny died a while ago. It still feels weird to see the room bunny was in. =(

So I said that my Dad suggested getting a dog. I don't think it's a good idea -- my mother has errands to run and I think she's trying to get a job now that grandmother's better (stroke). My brother goes to school and works with dad. I work, and my kid brother has high school. It's not impossible to take care of a high maintenance animal, but keep that in mind.

This thread is for you to suggest (possibly deviously) a pet that pg should try to get. Personally I'd like a dog. A big dog. A dog I can throw around. A dog I can throw around and get emotionally attached and then cry when it dies in 12 years....

Anywho, yeah, pet. Suggest. Pica? Yes!

Hamsters?

I'm still a big fan of the cat. They are cuddly, clean themselves, and crap in one place. It's all you could ever want! And their tongues all rough-like, and that's just fascinating. You could also get a nun, as they also clean themselves.

Dog dog dog dog dog~!!! Then eat it like a true asian.

Guinea pigs might be an idea, they're decent enough. Or even a cat, which is less high maintenance than a dog, at least. I had a pet tortoise once and they're pretty cool.

Get a cat. They are low maintenance and awesome.
